Corresponding to the Andean Tradition we all come here to grow. Like the plants who bear their fruits, humans also came to grow in all four aspects of our body, the physical body, the soul, the mental body and the spirit.

In the Andes they take care for nature, for Pacha Mama and her entities in the same way as for our body, which is sacred because it is the temple of our inner God, of our being.

The gimnastics of the Andes consist of natural movements and stretchings which affect the muscles, tendons and fascia. It develops a deeper breath, improves the circulatory system and facilitates a better oxygen supply of the body. It inables us to become more flexible and healthy, to live longer and to better cope with the challenges of life, especially within matter.

We work on the soul (spiritually speaking) or the personality (psychologically speaking) through relaxation practices, meditations or techniques based on nature itself, especially to strengthen the heart and the nervous system, to harmonize the character and to feel more serene and psychologically secure.

Sometimes we use natural instruments as the flute or the drum which awaken our sensibility and help us work on our soul, that means, to heal our psyche and give it more light.

The work on the mental body consists in respiration practices and special meditations which help to maintain our mind harmonic, clear, profound, strong and open, with willpower, endurance, a better memory and a transcendent intelligence.

On the spiritual level we work with the knowledge about the sacred salutations, to Father Sun (Spirit) and the salutations and rituals to Mother Earth.

With all these practices and an initiation we can also learn ways of healing with the help of Pacha Mama and of Hanaq Pacha (Father Sky).

Above all there are teachings about the transcendental knowledge of the Andes, and about how we can search for a real contact with Mother Earth, so we can find our spiritual evolution. In the Tradition of the Andes Mother Earth is our Master and Avatar.
